Huy: Why a Supportive Partner is Key to Success

Through all the ups and downs in life, there is nothing more important than a supportive partner by your side. Marshall shares with us the multiple roads he has taken to get to where he is today and how his partner has kept him grounded along the way. As a husband and an expecting father, he defines success by highlighting that life is about loving what you do and making sure your family is happy. 

His entrepreneurial background started right after graduation and instead of taking the traditional route of entering corporate, he started his own business opening a nail salon. He quickly learned that he had a bigger vision in mind and from there Marshall fed his entrepreneurial spirit by finding a new passion as a Commercial Real Estate Investor and Broker serving the Twin Cities. 

Marshall prides himself in building his community and sharing his knowledge with his friends, colleagues, and family. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) he serves as an advocate to transform the world of commercial real estate and investments through diversity and inclusion.

His greatest accomplishment is being recognized for his persistence when supporting businesses and building meaningful relationships with integrity. He has been featured in MN Biz Journal, Minnesota Daily, and Finance & Commerce. Continuing his work, he is obtaining a designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). 

Marshall is a strong believer that being open-minded is not about what you know but what you share with others to advance their life in all aspects.

As an expecting father, Marshall can’t wait to travel, watch movies, and teach his son how to invest in contemporary art.
